Order history: Displays order information, with newest orders showing first. View the order detail, or duplicate an order in your shopping cart by clicking REORDER. Note. New orders placed online will appear in the order history window about 10 minutes after they are submitted.
Invoice History and Tracking: Displays information with newest invoices showing first. An OPEN status means the invoice has not been paid, and CLOSED status means it is has been paid in full. Click VIEW, and the invoice PDF will pop in a new window, where it can be printed or saved. Click TRACK, and the FedEx or R&L window with tracking data will pop in a new window. This data is updated at about 10pm EST with the day’s shipping data.
Unpaid Invoices: Displays all unpaid invoices, with oldest invoices showing first. Click VIEW, and the invoice PDF will pop in a new window. An aging summary appears below the invoice list.
